Description
Ajax Systems, a leading developer and manufacturer of security systems, is opening a full-cycle production facility in Türkiye. As an SMT Process Engineer, you will manage the daily operation and organization of the SMT line, minimize line downtime, and optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and organization of the SMT line with Yamaha YSM20R pick-and-place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens.
- Minimize line downtime through rapid and pinpoint interventions in case of malfunctions.
- Carry out line balancing and placement speed optimization projects to increase OEE.
- Plan and implement periodic and predictive maintenance for machinery and report these processes to senior management.
- Analyze placement defects and generate root cause solutions.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SMT production processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Yamaha YSM20R machine installation, programming, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards and soldering technologies.
- Effective use of SMT programming and optimization software.
- Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English.
