Description
We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Developer with a focus on ARM architecture to join our team in Budapest, Hungary.
As an Embedded Software Developer, you will participate in the development of instrumentation products from ideation to deployment of measurement devices. You will be a member of the Hungarian development team and collaborate with the international agile project team using Scrum.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, implementing, and testing embedded Linux-based measurement device platforms
- Configuring and integrating embedded systems
- Documenting system components
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering
- In-depth knowledge of C/C++ and Python, as well as experience in embedded software development on modern ARM architectures (e.g., Xilinx UltraScale SoCs)
- Experience with CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps), containerization, and automated testing
- Hands-on experience with FPGA development and hardware bring-ups is highly advantageous
- Fluency in written and spoken English (German is an advantage)
- Openness to agile development methods, with good communication and presentation skills, and a strong team-player mindset
