Welcome to the Onsite Servicedesk team in Diemen!
You will work together with KPN colleagues at the head office of one of our major business customers. We have guided many interns in recent years, and they were all enthusiastic about their time with us. At KPN, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and fun are central. Develop yourself into an IT professional and discover all facets of the profession within our Servicedesk.
Your role as ICT intern at KPN Onsite Servicedesk in Diemen consists of the following tasks:
- As an Onsite Servicedesk employee, you are broadly deployable and will deal with various IT issues.
- You will become familiar with ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Request Fulfilment, and Problem Management.
- You work with and become familiar with various tools, including systems in the customer environment.
- Daily, you will have contact with end-users, partners, and/or suppliers in various ways.
- You will develop your communication skills, learn how asset management goes hand-in-hand with logistics and administration, and how you make customers and end-users happy with your expertise.
- You work closely together in a team of enthusiastic colleagues.
- You put theory into practice and grow as a person.
- If you have extra interest, there are plenty of opportunities to broaden your horizons if you take the initiative yourself!
Qualifications:
- You are an ICT System Engineer student at MBO level 4.
- You are motivated to learn and want to deepen your knowledge of ICT in practice.
- You are a real team player and think along with your colleagues.
- You have the right dose of 'Let's do IT' mentality and believe that a solution can always be found.
- You are available from 1 February 2027.
Additional Information:
- You will receive a stage allowance of EUR 600,- (based on 40 hours).
- A laptop, which you can also use for your school assignments.
- If you don't have a student OV, your travel costs for the train or car will be reimbursed.
