Diageo is seeking a Lead Pricing Strategy & Execution professional to join their team in Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution and governance of pricing and trading terms across Ireland, ensuring commercial investments, customer pricing, and pricing architecture are consistently implemented, well governed, and aligned to the market Revenue Growth Management strategy.
Key accountabilities include:
- Leading pricing strategy and execution, ensuring pricing decisions are implemented consistently, accurately, and in line with the Ireland RGM strategy
- Optimising trading terms and commercial investment, developing and maintaining frameworks for trading terms, rebates, and commercial agreements
- Enabling commercial negotiations and planning, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Customer Marketing to provide pricing analysis, scenario modelling, and commercial guardrails
- Delivering pricing performance and commercial insight, monitoring realised price, pricing compliance, trade spend, rebate performance, customer profitability, and commercial KPIs
- Strengthening commercial governance and controls, embedding clear pricing policies, approval processes, documentation, and audit trails
- Driving pricing excellence and continuous improvement, simplifying pricing processes, enhancing pricing analytics and digital tools, and continuously improving ways of working
The ideal candidate will have relevant FMCG, beverage alcohol, retail, hospitality, or consumer goods commercial experience, strong customer and commercial acumen, good analytical capability, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
