We are seeking an experienced senior leader to join our team at Lakefield Neurological Centre as the Care Centre Director. You will lead and manage the full clinical and operational teams, ensuring excellent care is delivered and maintained, and quality and financial targets are met.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of quality healthcare services responding to stakeholder needs and market trends
- Ensuring regulatory, quality, and financial targets are met
- Leading the senior management team and developing local strategy
- Promoting and enhancing the hospital's reputation
- Fulfilling the role of Registered Manager as per CQC expectations
- Engaging with Integrated Care Boards and Local Authorities
Requirements:
- Excellent track record in healthcare or social care management
- Understanding of neurological services
- Emphasis on performance and delivery
- Supportive leadership style
- Knowledge of clinical and non-clinical activities in healthcare or care sector organizations
