We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Carlisle, Cumbria. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting colleagues, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide thoughtful, friendly, and helpful service to customers
- Assist customers with queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including shelves and stock areas
- Support colleagues and work as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
