Working as a Starbucks Barista at Target involves providing an exceptional guest experience, maintaining a clean and organised store environment, and ensuring high-quality food and beverages. You will be responsible for taking orders, preparing handcrafted beverages, and serving guests in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience
- Greet guests, help them find what they need, and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment, including the dining area and coffee machines
- Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages, including handcrafted Starbucks drinks
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
- Adapt to changing business needs and priorities
Requirements:
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
