Description
As a Product Director, Receive at Wise, you will be responsible for growing Receive, helping customers get paid easily and seamlessly worldwide.
You will own the Receive strategy, execute on it, and grow the organisation as needed from the current 6 teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Expanding the Receive offering in APAC, LatAM, MEA
- Collaborating with fincrime teams to mitigate risks
- Redefining how we position the product offering in the market
- Improving onboarding and adoption funnels
- Iterating on product pricing and economics
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Have direct accountability for a business-critical metric like revenue or customer growth
- Have experience leading 4+ Product Managers and growing high-performing teams
- Have helped multiple teams set metrics/OKRs and achieve them
- Be hands-on and enjoy shipping features as an individual contributor
- Have experience working in payments or fintech
- Have launched a new product and taken it to market with GTM teams
