We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Target. As a Seasonal Retail Sales Assistant, you will be part of a sales force of specialised consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.
Job Summary: You will be working in a fun and energetic environment, providing exceptional guest service, stocking and selling Target products, and working efficiently as part of a team to deliver for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Provide welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and other team members
- Learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
