As a Market Manager at Capital One, you will lead a team of Branch Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your role involves coaching your team to create meaningful interactions, handling complex customer escalations, and maintaining an inclusive culture. You will also drive operational excellence, manage talent and resources, and foster community engagement.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 2 years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience
- At least 1 year of People Management experience or 1 year of Supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of Customer, Retail, or Financial Services experience
- 2+ years of People Management experience
Salary Range: $112,100 - $126,000 per year
