Charlotte Tilbury is seeking Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team as part of the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Makeup Artist team.
As a Freelance Makeup Artist, you will need strong artistry, sales, and service talents, and be able to teach customers Charlotte's secrets of artistry learnt over 20 years of working at the top of the industry with top celebrities and brands.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and create makeup magic in-store, representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury
- Drive business in-store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service
- Achieve sales targets through the creation of an amazing experience and exemplary service
- Reflect the brand values and customer base
Main Duties:
Sales:
- Strive to achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets
- Create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating product knowledge
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines
Customer Service:
- Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service
Team Work:
- Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards work and colleagues
- Assist and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity
Operations:
- Ensure the counter/gondola is 'customer ready' from open to close of business
- Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards
- Assist with maintaining required inventory levels, visual merchandising, and event execution
