Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Swindon Orbital Retail Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and support sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued
- Confidently recommend and sell new food products
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues during busy periods
- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store
This is a part-time, seasonal role with varying shifts, including afternoons and Saturdays. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
