Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and leading refinement sessions with the development team, breaking epics down into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Writing and maintaining technical specifications, including functional requirements, integrations, data flows, and API behavior, together with developers and architects
  • Assessing technical feasibility and flagging dependencies, risks, and technical debt early, so the team can make informed trade-offs
  • Participating in test case definition and user acceptance testing together with QA teams
  • Identifying and reporting on common sources of technical issues or questions and making recommendations to product teams
  • Staying on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discovering issues, and delivering better value to the customer
  • Balancing priorities between new features, bug fixes, technical improvements, and maintenance, and clearly explaining those choices to the client and the team
  • Keeping stakeholders informed on progress, scope changes, and upcoming releases
  • Guarding the project's scope together with project management

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in a digital agency or client-facing environment
  • Strong communication and business writing skills
  • Advanced knowledge of project management and agile methodologies
  • Ability to interact across a range of stakeholders, from business executives to creatives, engineers, managers, SMEs, and vendors
