Description
We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead our Distribution and Receive Centers, a critical function within Logistics that gets product to our guests as fast as possible.
As a Senior Operations Manager, you will lead with a focus on safety, continuous improvement, relationship building, communication, and strategic thinking. You will foster a 'safety first' culture through awareness, training, and accountability. Your guidance will help other operational leaders achieve established standards of service, quality, accuracy, and productivity.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead teams to achieve established standards of service, quality, accuracy, and productivity
- Foster a 'safety first' culture through awareness, training, and accountability
- Leverage key metrics, Lean Six Sigma, and other activities to understand what's working well and where to improve
- Motivate and inspire team members to reach higher
- Set individual and team priorities and proactively structure resources to meet them
- Communicate openly and articulately to present the big picture
Requirements:
- Four-year degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Technology, Operations, or related business
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment with applicable management/supervisory experience
- Experience with performance metrics and process improvement
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate others with strong conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and termination
- Must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $95,000.00 - $171,000.00 per year
