We are seeking a professional with consolidated experience in Personal Banking to join our team. As a Personal Banking Professional, you will be responsible for attracting new clients and business, managing your own client portfolio, and maintaining and increasing activity through the marketing of financial products and services tailored to this segment.
Responsibilities
- Implement commercial policies to achieve established business objectives
- Identify and attract new clients, conducting thorough risk analysis and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that operations meet client needs and comply with regulatory standards
- Guarantee that proposed risk operations are suitable for the client's profile, make economic sense, and adhere to current regulations
Requirements
- Consolidated experience in client management and banking product sales
- University degree in Business or Economics; certification in personal and/or private banking preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong client orientation and results-driven approach
- Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows, and resolve business problems while ensuring responsible and ethical data usage
