We are seeking ambitious Consultants to join our permanent recruitment team, responsible for Accounting and Finance recruitment.
The Role
- Attract, select, and assign candidates based on referrals, advertising, and networking
- Arrange face-to-face candidate interviews, validate profiles, and check references
- Develop strategies to guarantee recruitment of top talent for clients
- Evaluate candidates to provide a strong shortlist to clients
- Educate and advise candidates on market trends, salary levels, and industry developments
- Build relationships with candidates in the Finance & Accounting market, providing excellent customer service
- Achieve personal sales results through generating candidates and clients
- Identify, win, and develop key accounts through prospecting, sales calls, client visits, and networking
- Develop a detailed understanding of clients and provide effective business partnering
- Generate market intelligence and offer consultative services to clients
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, retaining business and services
- Consistently recruit candidates within the Accounting & Finance specialisation
- Coordinate events and public relations, attending networking events
- Perform administrative tasks in line with Robert Half policies
