Description
We are looking for a Category Advisor Analyst to join our team at Red Bull North America, Inc. based in Santa Monica. You will assist the Energy Drink Category Advisor team in supporting the Walmart buyer through the modular process. Your tasks will include creation and execution of modulars in JDA, maintaining store and item master trait lists, and communicating with relevant Walmart teams.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Energy Drink Category Advisor team in supporting the Walmart buyer with the modular process
- Create and execute modulars in JDA (product libraries, custom highlights, labels, tables, etc.)
- Maintain store and item master trait lists and communicate with relevant Walmart teams
- Utilise planogram automation processes (Engine, Shelf IQ, etc.) while driving shopper-centric planograms
- Create category and shopper presentations using industry tools such as Mintel, Kantar, Luminate, Circana, Numerator, etc.
- Track, measure, and communicate results from in-store and online category initiatives
- Conduct research to answer questions and provide depth to audiences
- Build winning customer relationships
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of related work experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong storytelling skills using data, research, and analysis
- Ability to present industry and category information effectively
- Broad general knowledge of the CPG industry
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, slicers, and formulas
- JDA space planning software experience required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to multitask
- Strong customer service aptitude and retailer-facing experience

The base salary range for this position is $64,000 - 96,000 + cash incentives.
