Description
We are looking for a Finance Manager to be the analytical engine behind our payments economics. You will own the data, reporting, and dashboards that explain how our Total Processing Volume (TPV), revenue, and transaction expenses turn into transaction margin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate collaborative engagement with business to cultivate strong partnership and unlock incremental value for the enterprise
- Ensure in-depth understanding of the business to proactively identify key business drivers
- Effectively communicate financial results & key drivers through concise & effective storytelling
- Streamline, improve, & automate designated workstreams and processes to drive efficiency
- Manage business case modeling, run deep dive analysis, and other ad-hoc financial analysis
Requirements:
- 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong SQL skills: joins, window functions, CTEs, and working with large transaction-level datasets
- Hands-on dashboarding experience in Tableau, Looker, Power BI or similar
- Strong Excel/Sheets and financial modeling skills
- A solid grasp of P&L concepts and variance analysis
- The ability to explain complex numbers simply to non-finance partners
Nice to Have:
- Payments experience: interchange, scheme fees, IC+ vs. blended pricing, acquiring and processing
- Python, or data modeling experience; exposure to multi-currency or cross-border payments
