Pharmacist

This role is based in a closed-door Long Term Care facility (non-customer-facing) in Chandler, AZ. As a full-time Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuation of pharmacy management's goals and objectives within the dispensing pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate entry of orders and maintain security of the pharmacy
• Adhere to required delivery schedules and verify orders entered by technician staff for accuracy
• Check for completeness and precision of all new and refill labels and orders, as well as content and accuracy of all drug packaging and labeling
• Prepare and/or supervise sterile IV drug products or solutions, if required, and assist in maintaining a perpetual inventory for schedule II drugs
• Provide evening, weekend, and holiday coverage during scheduled rotation based on the needs of the business
• Follow all applicable state and government regulations, including HIPAA

Requirements:

• Licensed pharmacist in the state of Arizona, active and in good standing
• Bachelor's of Science Degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy

Pay Range: $50.48 - $84.62 per hour
