We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Working Student HRIS to join our team in Fuschl am See, Austria.
As a Working Student HRIS, you will play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance and further development of HR processes and tools within the HRIS landscape. You will work closely with experienced team members and stakeholders to ensure our systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Support HR processes and tools, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflows
- Assist the HRIS team as a point of contact, responding to queries and resolving issues
- Contribute to projects and improvements, enhancing HR technology and processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide user support to help colleagues maximise system utilisation
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong interest in HR technology, digital processes, and the intersection of HR and IT
- Initial experience through internships, university projects, or student jobs in HR, IT, data management, or related areas is beneficial
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Basic knowledge of HR systems, such as SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or similar tools, is beneficial but not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with colleagues from different teams and functions
