Description
The HR Technology organization at MongoDB is seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager to enable the efficient delivery of technology solutions to meet stakeholder needs. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will own the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional efforts and partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop and execute against the overall product vision and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and improve processes and tools for the HR Technology delivery teams
- Drive coordination between product development teams and internal stakeholders to prioritize the team's backlog and plan its release roadmap
- Identify risks to the team's delivery and mitigate them where possible
- Own the data around the health of each team's project and ticket backlog
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by conducting retrospectives
- Expand knowledge into new domains by gaining requisite technical knowledge
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a PMO and/or engineering organization
- Skilled at managing HR-related technical programs end-to-end
- Proficient in grasping the technologies of the HR Technology portfolio
- Knowledgeable of agile methodologies and experienced with implementing program management best practices
- Trained in working with project tracking software such as JIRA, Smartsheet, and GSuite
- Interested in learning about MongoDB
