We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Associate, Product Management to join our team at Capital One Canada. As a Product Manager, you will shape customer experiences and take transformative ownership of strategies that propel us into the future, creating value at a scale that directly accelerates our growth.
Our Product Management team is on a mission to redefine financial well-being and empower millions of Canadians by improving access to credit. You will work closely with cross-functional partners in Tech, Data, Strategy, and Design to balance fast-paced innovation with multi-layered risk to shape products that drive meaningful impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading sourcing and synthesis of customer discovery efforts to understand customer needs and drive the long-term vision for your product
- Turning customer insights into actionable strategies that define priorities for your team and rally stakeholders to your vision
- Owning and prioritizing the product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes, working closely with a cross-functional team
- Defining KPIs for your product and measuring and tracking progress
- Having an end-to-end understanding of your product and how it fits into the larger ecosystem
- Working closely with tech leadership and architecture to understand the trade-offs of technical decisions
- Rallying teams and senior stakeholders to your product vision and leveraging relationships to align to your vision and influence prioritization
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Product Management experience with software products
- Experience successfully delivering a software product
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills; able to make data-driven decisions and provide recommendations to drive action
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management
- Experience in financial services, technology or operations
We offer a competitive salary range of $134,400 - $153,300 per year, plus performance-based incentive compensation. Our benefits package includes a holistic approach to well-being, providing support for you and those who are most important to you.
