Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Aintree Retail Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.
As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will work varied shifts including early mornings from 04:00-08:00, primarily on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. You will be expected to work up to full-time hours during peak periods, specifically in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued
- Maintaining knowledge of M&S Food products to make recommendations
- Utilising digital tools such as the Sparks App and in-store devices
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- Adapting to changing demands and priorities in a dynamic retail environment
In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate with a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
