Retail Store Associate

As a Retail Store Associate at CVS Health, you'll play a meaningful role within the company, providing exceptional customer service, accurately handling transactions, and maintaining the sales floor.

Responsibilities:

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues
• Focus on customers by giving warm and friendly greetings and offering help when needed
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
• Support opening and closing store activities, and provide customer support to all departments
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and embrace new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and have close visual acuity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Schedule:

• Anticipated weekly hours: 20
• Time type: Part-time
• Shift flexibility: Weekday shift times are flexible (Monday to Sunday, 4 pm - 10 pm)
• Weekend shift frequency: Every weekend required

Pay Range:

• $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
