Working as a Starbucks Barista at Target involves providing a consistent and exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing handcrafted beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a personalised experience for guests, including greeting them, helping them find what they need, and resolving any issues
- Preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food, while maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience (although not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Physical stamina to lift and move merchandise, as well as stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
