We are seeking a Human Resources Expert to join our team at Target. As a Human Resources Expert, you will play a critical role in delivering on our guest-centric mission. You will work closely with our HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs for each area of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments such as greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues
- Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
- Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
- Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs for each area of the business
- Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates
- Support team member and leader training needs and be an advocate for continuous learning
- Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices
- Deliver on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption
Requirements:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

Salary:
- Starting hourly rate: $17.00 USD per hour
- Pay range: $17.00 USD - $25.50 USD per hour
