Business Analyst Summer Internship

Our Summer Business Analyst Internship Programme simulates our Business Graduate Programme, allowing you to understand what a career with LSEG would be like.

You will join LSEG's Markets division, working with a dynamic team that powers global financial markets and helps organisations navigate risk with confidence.

During this 9-week internship, you will gain exposure to cutting-edge platforms, work with clients across the globe, and contribute to the success of our organisation.

Responsibilities

We are looking for students studying a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics subject to apply their skills to a Business-related role.

Key requirements and responsibilities include:

• Demonstrating an interest in financial markets through studies, work experience, or extracurricular activities
• Being competent and comfortable with large data sets and able to code in Python, SQL, or understand tools like Tableau, Power BI
• Having a curiosity for data and an ability to analyse information to draw conclusions and propose solutions
• Being able to connect the dots and think strategically
• Working effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating focus, resilience, and adaptability
• Collaborating with others using strong communication skills

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process consists of:

1. Submitting an application and resume
2. Completing an untimed Immersive Online Assessment
3. Participating in a video interview with strength-based interview questions
4. Attending a half-day virtual assessment centre

Programme Details

• The programme starts in June 2027 and lasts for 9 weeks
• You must be a penultimate year undergraduate student due to complete all course requirements in summer 2028
• The internship is full-time, located in London, United Kingdom
