Description
As a Customer Service Representative (German Speaker) with 3M GBS, you'll support global B2B customers and business partners across international markets. You'll help customers navigate the Order-to-Cash journey, including customer inquiries, order support, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
This is customer service with global exposure, business impact, and room to grow.
What You'll Do
- Support global B2B customers across inquiries, orders, deliveries, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Communicate with customers in German and English.
- Collaborate with global teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Build experience across Order-to-Cash, supply chain, logistics, commercial operations, and shared services.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to work smarter and drive improvements.

What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in English and German languages (speaking, listening, writing, and reading).
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Shared Services, or a related field.
- Clear communication, effective problem-solving, and customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, curious, and willing to learn how global business works.
- ERP experience is an advantage but not required.
