Description
We are seeking a group leader for our Electricity, Electrical Analysis, and Instrumentation & Automation (I&C) team within Vattenfall Power Solutions. As a group leader, you will have personnel and competence responsibility for a team of around seven employees, which is expected to grow. You will work closely with other managers, project representatives, and stakeholders to develop and improve our operations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a team of employees working on various projects and assignments
- Ensuring delivery and competence development of team members
- Creating cohesion and opportunities for knowledge sharing among team members
- Collaborating with other leaders and stakeholders to develop and standardize working methods
- Providing technical understanding and insights in discussions about the team's competence and future needs
Requirements:
- Documented leadership experience and ability to create structure and direction
- Relevant technical experience in Electricity and/or I&C
- Ability to participate in technical and competence-related discussions
- Experience in leading, coaching, and developing employees
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
