As a salesperson in our Frankfurt store, you will be the face of Coolblue, providing excellent customer service and helping customers choose the right products.
Your main tasks will be:
- Advising customers, asking questions, and listening carefully to ensure customers have a great shopping experience.
- Solving problems, remaining calm under pressure, and finding solutions that delight customers.
- Providing top-notch service, which is essential to you.
- Being an ambassador for Coolblue, showcasing how much fun it is to work for the company.
