Description
We're seeking a versatile Technical Product Lead for FTSE Russell's Equities Product, Research & Design team. You'll drive product strategy and roadmap across Equity & Multi-Asset index offerings and a new in-house AI tool.
Responsibilities:
- Drive product strategy and roadmap across Equity & Multi-Asset index offerings and the AI tool.
- Collect and prioritise feedback from users, turning it into a feature roadmap.
- Engage clients, run market analysis, and translate requirements into index enhancements.
- Make prioritisation calls balancing client demand, technical effort, and commercial value.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on positioning and revenue growth.
- Bridge engineers and stakeholders, keeping them updated on progress.
Requirements:
- Genuine product-led attitude with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Technical fluency to work with software and AI/ML developers.
- Strong feedback synthesis and prioritisation instincts.
- 5+ years in product, technical product, or research roles, ideally in financial services.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Education:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Python coding and familiarity with data science workflows are advantages.
