Description
We are seeking a Technical Leader to join our Customer Experience (CX) team, delivering Business Critical Services to our customers. As a Technical Leader, you will help drive the effort to transform our current and future network architecture for our customers. You will work directly with our customers and gain direct experience and exposure into their networks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead teams in dynamic strategic environments through the design, deployment, analysis, and resolution of complex networks issues.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to deliver business solutions and technology solutions from data, security, mobility, and cloud.
- Provide high-level crisis management through anticipation of issues, problems, or events and actively resolving with the Customer and Partners.
Requirements:
- Must possess an active DoD TS/SCI or Top Secret with SCI eligibility Security Clearance.
- Minimum 7 years of demonstrated experience in Cisco networking (a combination of Enterprise Networking, Security, or Data Center).
- CCNP-level experience with Cisco Enterprise Network Routing and Switching platforms, as well as Sec+ certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced delivering Cisco standard methodologies within our customer's infrastructure.
- Ability to lead or guide teams made up of Cisco, Customer, and Partner members in the analysis and resolution of complex network problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to solve technical problems.
