We are looking for a growth mindset Partner AI and Automation Intern to join our Partner AI Automation team in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities
- Solution Research, Design & AI Initiative Delivery: Research and evaluate available AI, automation, data, and technology solutions to identify the best fit for each business challenge. Drive selected initiatives from requirements and solution design through MVP, validation, implementation, and continuous improvement, collaborating with SMEs, developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and measurable business value.
- Process Automation: Identify repetitive manual work and help develop automation solutions that increase efficiency, data accuracy, and scalability.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with colleagues across functions to understand their needs and turn requirements into practical analytics and digitalization solutions.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Engineering, Maths or a similar area.
- Soft Skills: Growth Mindset; Continuous Learning & Adaptability; Analytical & Critical Thinking; Creativity & Problem Solving; Strategic & Systems Thinking; Emotional Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Highly usage of ChatGPT, MS Copilot, Claude, Perplexity. Prompt design.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
