Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.
We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance
- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Working flexibly to meet the needs of the business
- Contributing to a positive store environment and supporting colleagues
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
Hours of work: Mon: 11-15 Thurs: 11-15 Fri: 11-15 Sat: 16:30-20:30
