Description
We are seeking a Manager, Energy Market Analyst (Data) to lead a team of energy data analysts in our Pune office. The successful candidate will oversee the production of energy market fundamental model components and standalone models using PLEXOS and Aurora.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a large team of energy data analysts
- Ensuring the completion and delivery of accurate updates of specific fundamental data work products
- Conducting power markets research and analyzing and manipulating data
- Maintaining large databases of energy-related data
- Running PLEXOS and/or Aurora and interpreting output model results and energy balances
- Troubleshooting market models and intermediate work products for errors, omissions, and improvements
