Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to join our team in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials from the warehouse, as well as performing daily tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and relevant regulations
- Report any abnormal situations to supervisors or managers promptly
- Receive and verify materials against effective credentials
- Update system records upon receipt of materials
- Clean and label materials, then transfer them to storage areas
- Prepare production materials for the production车间 and manage returns
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Perform material distribution, allocation, and issuance as required
- Manage material usage in SAP
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
- Review and suggest revisions to logistics documents and SOPs
- Oversee daily warehouse cleaning and management
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisors
- Comply with EHS policies and regulations
- Assist logistics supervisors with warehouse management and department projects
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher, with two years of relevant work experience or one year of experience at Pfizer
- Basic English reading skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Forklift driving skills
- Computer operation skills
