Description
We are seeking an ITAO to join DWS's Private Markets Technology team to onboard and own business-aligned strategic SaaS and internal applications.
You will work closely with the wider technology team and business stakeholders to ensure applications are onboarded and operated in a compliant manner to achieve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure applications are onboarded and operated in a compliant manner
- Work with business application users and SaaS vendors on application onboarding and governance
- Implement and maintain controls to ensure compliance with DB policies and regulations
- Manage internal and external application audits and audit issue remediation activities
- Plan for application hardware, software, and license upgrades or migration activities
- Manage IT security incidents and ensure timely response to audit and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 12-15 years of experience in IT, preferably with asset management business applications and processes
- Sound IT risk management skills and knowledge of development methodologies and IT policies
- Experience with file transfer, Filenet, SFTP, dbExchange, Datagateway, APIs, and basic technical capabilities and infrastructure knowledge
- Enterprise technology knowledge and experience with business tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
