Join Heathrow's Rotational Graduate Leadership Development Programme, which offers three six-month placements across different areas of the airport, including operations, customer functions, and corporate functions. The programme aims to develop leadership skills, commercial acumen, and project management capabilities.
The scheme consists of:
- Operational placement: Gain a real understanding of how Heathrow runs, focusing on areas like passenger services, operational planning, and security.
- Non-Operational placement: Typically in areas such as Customer function, Technology, Strategy, where projects give real insight into developing and delivering solutions.
- Tailored placement: Consolidate and refine skills based on personal strengths and preferences.
Throughout the programme, you will be supported by a dedicated mentor, a 'buddy', and a senior sponsor from the leadership team. A structured learning programme provides tools to build a career at Heathrow.
Previous graduates have moved into various areas, including frontline operations, infrastructure development, and head office teams.
