Description
As a Maintenance Assistant at Soho Farmhouse, you will support the Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities team in ensuring that the building, facilities, and equipment across the club are maintained to a high standard.
You’ll play a hands-on role in keeping the club safe, functional, and well-presented for our members, guests, and staff.
Key duties include:
- Carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance tasks
- Supporting planned preventative maintenance and reactive work orders
- Assisting with inspections of equipment, fixtures, and building systems
- Helping with room and facility setups for meetings, events, or club functions
- Keeping maintenance tools, workspaces, and plant rooms clean and tidy
- Monitoring stock of essential maintenance supplies
- Responding quickly and professionally to urgent repair requests

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first-class service.
