As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Provide expert knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store
In this role, you'll need to be digitally confident, using tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to support customers. You'll also be expected to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, with potential for increased hours during peak periods.
