As a Warehouse Team Lead at Coolblue, you are responsible for the daily activities within your store's warehouse. Your goal is to ensure the warehouse is well-organised, allowing customers to quickly retrieve their products or packages.
You will:
- Prepare customer packages and products with the warehouse team and maintain the warehouse in order.
- Manage the warehouse team.
- Share monthly warehouse results with your Store Manager and Warehouse Coordinator.
- Proactively propose and implement process improvements.
- Handle HR tasks such as organising absence interviews or evaluations.
