Description
We are seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead our Wolt Market store in Paphos, Cyprus.
As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in our growth in Cyprus, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store and leading a team of 2-4 Shift Leads.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, growing, and motivating a team
- Creating an environment where colleagues can do their best work and have fun
- Planning team events
- Improving store operations with the help of the Operations Team
- Participating in internal and external meetings
- Collaborating with other functions to ensure a good selection of products
- Monitoring shrink levels and controlling food waste
- Managing shift scheduling
- Handling incoming goods and orders
- Overseeing store needs for growth
We require:
- Leadership experience and the ability to motivate others
- Experience working in a grocery store is a plus
- Fast learner with the ability to multitask
- Proactive and service-minded
- Can-do attitude and enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work during the day, evenings, and weekends
- Data-driven and analytical
- Fluent level of English
