Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Falkirk Retail Park Simply Food, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, particularly in the food section
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Adapt to changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
In this role, you will be required to work part-time hours on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00-17:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
