Fragomen's Business Immigration Consultant position offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the business, with training, development, and long-term growth opportunities.
As a Business Immigration Consultant at Fragomen, you will perform substantive and client-facing work, including varied case-related duties requiring specialized knowledge and skills in employment-based immigration matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Independently performing tasks related to case preparation and filing of petitions with government agencies
- Overseeing the status of cases through utilization of case management and billing systems
- Working with clients to perform intake of cases, troubleshooting issues, and establishing case strategy
- Generating clear, well-organized written work product that demonstrates accurate application of immigration knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Proactively communicating with foreign nationals and client contacts regarding case status or general inquiries
- Meeting assigned deadlines and communicating case progress, status, and escalations to supervisors
- Assisting in the hiring and training of new team members and identifying ways to improve team productivity and office-wide projects
Requirements include:
- Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate, plus a minimum of 4 years of business immigration experience
- Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for various types of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas and client processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using various computer systems, including MS Word and Excel

The salary range for this role is $75,000.00 - $86,000.00.
