As a Retail Team Member, you'll create a welcoming, safe, and well-presented store that keeps customers coming back. Your tasks will vary, but may include:
- Serving customers with a smile, helping them find what they need, preparing fresh food and coffee, and managing checkout processes.
- Restocking shelves, receiving deliveries, maintaining displays, and ensuring customers can easily find products.
- Maintaining high standards across the store, including the shop floor, food areas, bathrooms, and forecourt.
- Following safety procedures, handling transactions accurately, and taking ownership of day-to-day store operations.
