UAT Manager

You will be working within the Unlock Data Program, a large data program where data is being migrated to a new environment in multiple waves. You will form the central coordination point for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across all waves.

As UAT Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, governing, and successfully executing UAT in all migration waves. You will work closely with Product Owners, Domain Data Owners, Segment Leads, squad leads, and program management.

Your tasks will include:

• Developing and maintaining UAT governance and planning
• Coordinating readiness assessments and ensuring all squads work with test scripts, evidence, defect management, and JIRA reporting
• Monitoring progress and test coverage across all squads
• Managing defect escalation and prioritization
• Ensuring sign-off and go-live readiness
• Reporting regularly to program management on progress, risks, and decisions

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading large-scale UAT projects with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Strong foundation in testing methodologies, defect management, and quality governance
• Experience with JIRA testing and defect tracking
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and escalate effectively

Nice to have:

• Experience with UAT in data migrations or multi-wave data programs
• Experience setting up dashboards and reporting to steering groups
