As a Store Manager at NEXT's Braintree Outlet, you will maximise sales, drive efficiencies, and achieve performance targets by leading and inspiring your team.
The role involves:
- Leading and inspiring your team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve performance targets
- Creating an atmosphere that prioritises delivering amazing service, accurate stock processes, and commercial efficiency
- Demonstrating a hands-on approach to operational and commercial activities
- Forming part of an area team reporting to the Area Manager
- Ensuring up-to-date and accurate communication to meet business needs
You should:
- Be passionate about customers, people, and products
- Have exceptional commercial understanding to create a fantastic shopping experience
- Be a team player who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Possess great communication skills and be able to work at all levels
- Be able to confidently problem-solve and make sound business decisions
