Charlotte Tilbury is seeking Freelance Makeup Artists to join their team as part-time retail staff in Des Moines, Iowa.
As a Freelance Makeup Artist, you will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury team, sharing your artistry skills with customers and teaching them Charlotte's secrets of artistry.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional makeup artistry and customer service in-store
- Achieve sales targets and create brand awareness through product demonstrations
- Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service
- Maintain a positive and cooperative approach towards work and colleagues
- Ensure the counter is customer-ready and maintain excellent hygiene standards
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and event execution
Requirements:
