Compensation
The compensation for this role ranges from $175,000 to $225,500 USD per year, with additional benefits including equity and bonus opportunities. Benefits also include comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits with a 401k match of up to 4%, and flexible PTO.

Role Overview
We're seeking a Lead Product Owner, Finance Systems to own the systems and workflows that power Harvey's finance organization as we scale globally. This role involves managing a portfolio of finance applications, including NetSuite, Zip, Ramp, Brex, and Metronome. You'll partner with various teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions, drive changes from discovery through deployment, and bring thought leadership to the finance organization.
What You'll Do
- Act as the product owner for one or more of Harvey's core finance business process areas, such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report.
- Lead the hardest problems in your domain, such as international expansion and new product offerings.
- Develop and maintain a holistic architecture strategy for the finance applications ecosystem.
- Eliminate manual work by replacing spreadsheets and manual data entry with core configuration, automated workflows, and integrations.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize NetSuite and other finance systems.
- Identify, test, and implement practical AI and automation opportunities.
- Own quality across your applications, ensuring lightweight SDLC and serving as a mentor and escalation point for peers.
What You Have
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a finance systems professional, including 5+ years of direct NetSuite experience.
- Product owner or product manager experience in at least one core finance business process area.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes process problems.
- Deep understanding of leading and emerging trends in SaaS finance applications and architecture.
- Direct experience implementing best practices around change management, regression, and UAT planning.
