Description
We are seeking an exceptional and experienced nurse to lead the development and delivery of our innovative Women's Health Hub within City and Hackney (NEL). This is a community-based service designed as a hub and spoke model and provides an intermediate level of care between and complementing primary and secondary care.
The Lead Nurse will provide senior clinical leadership and oversight across all the Women's Health Community Hub and its 4 spoke sites. The successful candidate will lead and support the service, including supporting Nursing Associates / Clinical Support Workers, and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing senior clinical leadership and oversight across all the Women's Health Community Hub and its 4 spoke sites
- Leading and supporting the service, including supporting Nursing Associates / Clinical Support Workers
- Supporting all four pillars of advanced practice: clinical practice, leadership and management, education, and research
- Delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and leading on initiatives to reduce health inequalities
- Supervising, mentoring, and developing nursing staff to embed trauma-informed, patient-centred practice
- Undertaking clinical and regulatory audits, quality improvement programmes, and research activity
- Contributing to the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring high professional standards and safe, effective care delivery
- Inspiring, influencing, and motivating colleagues across the service to deliver excellence in women's health
The salary for this role is £66,274 to £73,496 per annum.
